I hope this website gives you a feel for Paramos and what it has to offer you for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
Rather than rent out the villa commercially we have decided that we’d prefer to rent it out to ‘family and friends’ at a reduced rate – see below.
Weekly Rate £’s – The first rate is the advise rate/ the second is the friends and family rate (1/3 off)
January February April – 900 / 600
May – 900/ 600
June – 1200 /800
July – 2100 / 1400
August – 2100 / 1400
September -1200 / 800
October November December – 900 / 600
Additional costs:
To heat the pool – additional £200 per week.
And obviously:
Any damages or breakages to be paid for.
