Paramos is located on an elevated position above the small town of Vale Parra, approx 7km, or 9 minutes drive, from Amacao De Pera on the Algarve.
Paramos enjoys scenic views over the adjacent farmers fields and out towards both Salgados Beach and Salgados nature reserve, and beyond to the town of Armacao De Pera.
Vale Parra is not a large town, but has everything you’ll needed within a quick drive, or relaxed walk.

About Paramos Villa
The Villa is positioned in its own private and enclosed gardens, accessed from the adjacent ‘lane’ which leads up from the centre of the town. The property is accessed via the Villas remote electric gates.
Once inside the gates there is plenty of room for parking, lawned garden areas and a sizeable heated pool!
The patio areas surround the pool and there is a gazebo area available for those wishing to dine, or relax in the shade. There is also a garden table for those who prefer to eat in the sun.
The pool area is not the only area to relax – on the first floor (accessible via external steps, or through the TV room) there’s a large ‘upper deck’ which can be used for sunbathing, dining or sundowners, whilst enjoying the beautiful Algarve sunsets with a chilled glass of Rose.
